We are sad to announce that on December 17, 2022, at the age of 77, Gary L Noel of Hanover, Pennsylvania, born in Westminster, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James R., Sr. and Emma C. Noel (Roos); and his siblings, James R. Noel, Jr. and Joanne Neudecker. He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Bowers (Raymond H., Sr.) of Hanover; and his grandsons, Raymond H. Bowers, Jr. of Hanover and Brandon L. Bowers (Courtney L. Krepps) of Hanover. He is also survived by many loving extended family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 6704 Hagerstown, MD 21741.
