He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry S. Higgins, Sr. and Margaret Higgins (Hupfeld). He is survived by: his daughters, Christine Higgins of Gettysburg, Deborah Winand (John) of New Oxford, Diana Aumen (Lawrence, Jr.) of Honeybrook and Janice Higgins of York; and his siblings, Steven Higgins (Cindy), Jill Zais (Keith) and Theresa Trimitove (Paul). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; and 37 great-grandchildren.
