It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Hazel S. Phillips of Hanover, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 29, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Shelton and Cora Shelton (Starner); her daughter-in-law Cathy Phillips; and her stepgrandson Zachary Link. She is survived by : her husband Robert J Phillips; her daughters, Brenda Smith (Pete) of Hanover and Tina Phillips; her grandchild Breanne Stewart of Smyrna, TN; and her sons, Robert J Phillips Jr. of Littlestown, Tony Phillips (Christine) of Glenville, PA, Rick Phillips (Robin) and Terry Phillips (Beth) of Hanover. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 6 step grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
