She was predeceased by: her father G. Glenn Hoke; and her aunt Anita Bloom (Mike). She is survived by: her mother Barbara Hoke (Valentino); her aunts, Judy A. Dehoff (James Sr.) of Hanover, PA and Vicki L. Koontz (Thomas Sr.) of Fayetteville, PA; her cousins, James L. Dehoff, Jr. (Melissa), Jeffrey A. Dehoff (Lindsay) and Michelle Hoover (Jon); and also, Jena, Hayden, Sophia, Nathan, Samantha, A. J. Koontz (Katie), Sutton, Holt and Kaitlyn M. Koontz.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (5055 Grandview Rd, Hanover, PA 17331). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Heather's memory to the H.A.R.T. Center, 450 East Golden Lane, New Oxford, PA 17350.
