He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Kint (Snyder) and James N. Costella; and his uncle Ralph "Smokey" Costella. He is survived by: his siblings, Neil, Gary Costella and Barb "Sis" Sease; his children, Brian, James Jr. "Cricket", Troy Costella, Kaci, LeAnn and Megan Costella; his wife Rebecca; his stepchildren, Anna Corbin, Larry Kruk, Jr. and Katie Dull; his sons-in-law, Michael Corbin and Adam Dull; his grandchildren, Jackson, Henry Corbin, Everett and McCartney Dull; and his caregivers, WellSpan Cardiologists of York, Angel Foundation, Dr. Tina Khair, Dr. Thomas Keller and Dr. Gregory Fazio. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
