He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar H. Zinneman and Beulah Schuman Zinneman; his brother Maurice Zinneman; and his son-in-law Allen Myers. He is survived by: his wife Dolores L. Wallick Zinneman; his children, Sally Hampton (Michael) of Glenville, Peggy Myers of Spring Grove and Alan Zinneman (Joyce) of Hanover; and his grandchildren, Abby Hampton and Jessie Myers.
