He was predeceased by: his father Earl R. Gilbert. He is survived by: his mother Betty L. Gilbert (Warner); his wife Shirley (Hempfing); his daughters, Shelley E. Mathias (Sean) of Glenville and Ashley S. Lippy (Micah) of Hanover; his grandchildren, Cassandra, Madelyn, Kensley, Kayley and Clayton; and his brother Daniel R. Gilbert (Cecilia) of Georgia.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calvary Bible Church (603 Wilson Ave, Hanover, PA 17331). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
