With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John C. Dick Jr. of Hanover, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 30, 2025 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Dick, Sr. and Audrey K. Dick Rudisill (Dunkinson); and his siblings, Nila Christine Pritt and William R. Dick. He is survived by: his wife Margaret W. Dick (O'Dell); his children, John C. Dick (Valerie) of Westminster, MD, Shilo Ann Jacoby (Robert) of Hanover, PA, Nila Rebong (Karlo) of Staten Island, NY and Joseph C. Dick (Lorie) of Gettysburg, PA; his siblings, David L. Dick (Lisa) of Fairfield, PA and Linda Diane Jindra of Gettysburg, PA; his half-sister Lori Lagares of Wichita, KS; and his stepbrothers, James Rudisill, William Rudisill, Timothy Rudisill and Brian Rudisill. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Humane Society or the Alzheimer's Association.
