Lewis-Bittinger (Steve Henry); his grandchildren, Scott, Lauren, Andrew, Kate and Caden; his great grandchildren, Greyson and Oliver; his siblings, Gene Null (Linda), Chris Null, Cynthia Lewis, Ruth Ann Lewis and David Null (Melissa); his nieces, Haley, Samantha and Bree Null; his great-nephew Bryson; his close friend Gloria Jean Hansford; Coby Bunty (Mike).
