He was predeceased by: his parents, Garland Hart and Frances Hart; his former wife Terry Hart; his son DJ Hart; and his sister Joan Grady.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Schmoldt; his children, Jamie Hart (Bert Sowell) and Brian Hart (Heather Hart); his grandchildren, Jason and Sarah Hart; his daughter-in-law Kristin Hart; and his grandsons, Bryce and Evan Hart.
