She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Topper and Margaret Topper (Cullison); her husband Carl C. Wagner (Percell L. Worley); and her siblings, Janet Hartman, Kathryn Topper, Jeannie Topper, Richard Topper, Eugene Topper and R. Daniel Topper.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary T. Cole of Gettysburg; and her siblings, Janice Nelson of Ft. Myers, FL, Elaine Kanner (Jeff) of Fort Mill, SC, Ronald Topper (Patti) of Punta Gorda, FL and Luther Topper, Jr. (Oge) of Roy, UT. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
