He was predeceased by: his sister Crystal O'Brien White; and his grandmother Gladys Slusser. He is survived by: his parents, Neal O'Brien, Sr. (Tanya) of Abbottstown and Mary Moran (Leroy Moran, Jr.) of Hanover; his daughter Nevaeh Jessie O'Brien; his siblings, Neal O'Brien, Jr. of Hanover and Meghan O'Brien; his grandparents, George O'Brien, Sr. of Abbottstown and Beryl O'Brien of Abbottstown; and his nieces and nephews, Anna Mae O'Brien, Alexa Martin, Dantae Harris and Bryce O'Brien.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a veteran's organization of the donor's choice.
