She was predeceased by: her parents, George F. McDermott and Elizabeth A. McDermott (Schmidt). She is survived by: her boyfriend Harold J. Nugent; her close friend Harold; her children, Lisa Prevete (Peter), Gerald Valentine (Michelle) and Karen Ott (Carl); and her siblings, George McDermott, Elizabeth Nelson, Richard McDermott, Phyllis Panzo, Mary Palazzolo and John McDermott. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.
