It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth R. Witter of Hanover, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 20, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel F. J., Jr. and Edna E. Witter (Bly); and his wife Irene L. (Grove). He is survived by: his daughters, Trudy Witter (Jared Gipe) and Judy Carpenter (Wesley Carpenter); his grandchildren, Lois Keller, Nicole Meckley, Lydia Reitano, Emily Carpenter, Tiffany Kress, Adam Jacoby, Tabitha Unger and Kylie Meckley; his great grandchildren, Riah Keller and Raelyn Keller; and his siblings, Brenda Belcher and William Witter (Donna).
