He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Daniel Irvin Welliver and Mary Ada. He is survived by: his girlfriend Kate Fiocco Fisher; his children, Aimee Frankenberger (Eric) of Westminster and Robert Welliver (Kelsey) of Finksburg; his siblings, Paul Welliver (Powell "Polly") of Baltimore, Thomas Welliver (Margaret) of Westminster and Ellen Nicodemus (John) of Walkersville; and his grandchildren, Caris Frankenberger and Fischer Welliver.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services (254 E Main St, Westminster, MD 21157). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Caring Carroll, Habitat for Humanity, or Carroll County Food Sunday.
