He was predeceased by: his parents, John R Hart and Mary Becker Hart of Hanover, Pennsylvania.; and his siblings, Betty Felix, William Hart, Mary Louise Goetz, George Hart, John Hart and Carol Small.
He is survived by: his sons, David Bruce (Jennifer) and Matthew Wayne; his wife Jeannette Cutshall; and his grandchildren, Zachary, Ryan, Nathan and Emma. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Panebaker Funeral Home & Cremation Care Center, Inc. (311 Broadway, Hanover, PA 17331). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
