She was predeceased by: her parents, George Henry Owen and Patience Owen (Wookey); her husband Willis P. Ross; and her brothers, William "Bill" Owen, George Owen and Alfred Owen.
She is survived by: her children, Scot Ross (Joy) of Huntington Beach, CA, Gayle Julian (Wade) of Sykesville, MD and Tracy Baker (Charles) of Marriottsville, MD; her grandchildren, Stephanie, Mia, Ryan Ross, Dylan Julian, Alexandra Galbraith (Seth), Daniel Baker (Heather), Hunter and Sierra Baker; her great grandchildren, Ashton, Laila, Scarlett, Evelyn, Preston and Kai; and her brother Reginald Owen (Maggie) of Hamilton. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to All Saints Episcopal Church for the church memorial garden, 890 McCosh Street, Hanover, PA 17331, to the Homewood Living at Plum Creek Benevolence Fund, 425 Westminster Avenue, Hanover, PA 17331, or to a charity of the donor's choice.
