She was predeceased by: her parents, Tempeth H. Berwager and Beulah A. Berwager (Barnhart); her spouse Merle R. Gilbert; her daughter Jacquelyn F. Stremmel; and her siblings, Ivan Berwager, Woodrow Berwager, Nadine Neiderer, Pauline Mummert, Hazel Sullivan, Lettie Dupler, Gladys Shadle, Erma Hilker, Treva Zumbrum, Harley Berwager and Melvin Berwager.
She is survived by: her children, Rodger L. Gilbert (Lori) of Bath, PA, Gordon R. Gilbert of Hanover, PA and Pamela K. Young (Bill) of Berwyn, PA; her grandchildren, Nicolle Paulus, Sarah Young and Alex Young; her great grandchildren, Cole Paulus and Adrianna Young; her sister Grace Hempfing; and her son-in-law Barry E. Stremmel.
