She was predeceased by: her parents, James William and Ethel Adeline Hirt Miller; her husband Donald C. Smith; and her siblings, Cyril, Marie (Sissy), Marion, Phillip and James.
She is survived by: her children, Tess Fuhrman (Greg), Scott Smith (Sue), Jeff Smith (Lisa), Jim Smith (Diane), Marie Hockensmith (Larry "Hock) and Ann Smith (Justin); and her siblings, Ethel Ernst and Barbie Bixler. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren.
