He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Eugene and Marilyn Jane Crooks (Baugher). He is survived by: his wife Linda J. Crooks (Seibert); and his brothers, Tom Crooks (Joan), Jim Crooks (Kelly) and Andy Crooks (Cindy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
