He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon C. Gouker and Pauline Gouker (Yohe); and his siblings, Gloria Vigoletti, Patsy Golden, Barb Carbaugh and Leon "Sonny" Gouker.
He is survived by: his wife Linda M. Gouker (Becker); his daughters, Julie A. Nelson (Rob) of Maineville, OH and Megan G. Eberhardt (Shaun) of York; his grandsons, Matthew of Maineville and Alex Nelson of Maineville; and his sister Bonnie Smith (Al) of Spring Grove.
