He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer J. E. and Frances R. Baumgardner (Dubs); and his siblings, Elsie Rickrode and John Baumgardner. He is survived by: his wife Elaine (Farley); his children, Tina L. (Baumgardner) Watkins (Randy) of New Oxford, PA, Nevin E. Baumgardner, Jr. (Lisa) of Gettysburg, PA and Margaret E. (Baumgardner) Small (Kevin) of Hanover, PA; his grandchildren, Brett Small, David Watkins, Nicole Hurley, Bryan Baumgardner, Justin Baumgardner, Joseph Watkins, Megan Bankos and Kaitlyn Baumgardner; and his brother Guyon Baumgardner of Hanover, PA.. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
