She was predeceased by: her husband William E. Walker; her parents, Vernon L. Bixler and Dorothy A. Bixler (Shaffer); her sister Delores M. Bowers; and her brother-in-law Richard H. Bowers (David A. Groft).
She is survived by: her siblings, Joyce A. Groft and Wayne L. Bixler; her sister-in-law Malessie Bixler; and her siblings' children, Gary R. Bowers, Brent A. Bowers, Kimberly R. Farner and Heather L. Hull.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made in Phyllis's memory to Grace Church of Hanover at the address listed above.
