He is survived by: his wife Maria Emerlinda "Lynne" Meneses (Barrientos); his sons, Reginald "Reggie" Meneses (David Halsor) of Fairfax, VA, Richard and Chad; and his grandchildren, Alexis Meneses Hunter (Richard Hunter), Lucy Meneses-Sheets, Catie Meneses-Sheets and Zackary Perez.
