He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Rowland and Kathryn Rowland (Dubbs); his siblings, Ron L. Rowland, William Rowland, Alvin Rowland, Jr., Ted Rowland and Carole Lee Meckley; and his nephew Dayne Rowland.
He is survived by: his wife Judith (Freshwater); his stepsons, Paul Myers, Jr. and Rick A. Myers of New Kensington, PA; and his brother Dayne Rowland (Linda). He is also survived by many nephews and nieces, and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Kenworthy Funeral Home (269 Frederick St, Hanover, PA 17331). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
