He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe B. Evans and Mildred Evans (Snow). He is survived by: his wife Charlene L. Evans (Miller); his daughter Brittany N. Nelson; his grandchildren, David L. Nelson, Vanessa L. Nelson, Elizabeth V. Nelson and Matthew W. Nelson; and his sisters, Linda Flagle and Lorriane Bruggeman.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Evans Home (121 Lion Dr, Hanover, PA 17331).
