He was predeceased by : his father Gordon E. Bolen. He is survived by : his mother Elizabeth Ann "Sue" Bolen; his son Clayton Tré Bolen; his siblings, Summer Crone (Devin), Christopher, Jake and Michelle Bolen; and his nieces, Jessika Gagnon, Vanessa Crone, Danielle Crone and Jasmine Bolen.

In lieu of flowers, donations made to the funeral home to help offset funeral expenses is requested.
