He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard H. Dostal and Zura Dostal (Jones). He is survived by: his wife Pat (Bade); his daughters, Barbara Ann Daykon (Ethan) of York and Jennifer Rudez (Anthony) of Middletown, MD; and his grandchildren, Riley Daykon, Brody Daykon, Logan Rudez and Austin Rodez.
