He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Kehr and Marguerite Kehr (Brooks); his son David Kehr; and his siblings, Janet Kehr, Robert Kehr, Harry Fuhrman and Darlen Fuhrman.
He is survived by: his wife Julie A. Kehr (Ross); his children, Richard Kehr, Jr. (Holly) and Cheri Wolfe (Jeff Wolf); his grandchildren, Christopher Kehr, Michael Kehr, Alyssa Kehr-Unger (Neil), Austin Wolfe and Brandon Wolfe; and his great grandchildren, Mikaela Kehr and Bryson Kehr. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
