He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Brewer and Kathryn Brewer (Thomas); his siblings, Kenneth Brewer, Mildred Brewer, Ronald Brewer and Mark Brewer; and his sister-in-law Sharon Brewer.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy S. Brewer (Rabenstine); his children, Holly Walter (William) and Richard Brewer, Jr. (Tara); his stepchildren, Ashley Storm (Michael Stremmel) and Megan Storm; his grandchildren, Liam, Benjamin, Sampson, Colden, Anthony, Easton and Walker; and his siblings, Guy Brewer, Jr., Earle Brewer, Marvin Brewer, Donna Rickell-Green, Eugene Brewer, Dean Brewer and Dolly Long. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
