He is survived by: his wife Linda Luckenbaugh; his children, Tina Barstow (Mike) of East Berlin, Joy Kopp of Hanover, Richard Luckenbaugh (Nicole) of Dover and Daniel Luckenbaugh (Kalie) of Port Orange, FL.; his grandchildren, Haley Kopp, Lucas Kopp (Alyssa), Samantha Valentine (Gavin), Ashley, Breanna Barstow, Grant, Elisabeth, Finnley and Nile; his great grandchild Winter Kopp; and his siblings, Robert Luckenbaugh (Karen), Ronald Luckenbaugh, Nancy Gentry, Barbara Zepp (Bobby), Diane Fowler and Susan Weatherly (Gary). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
