Jean Toomey Weikert; his daughter-in-law Cathy Phillips; his granddaughter Jessica Phillips; and his stepgrandchildren, Zachary Link and Shannon Bartlett.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda Smith (Peter) of Hanover, Robert Phillips Jr. of Hanover, Tony Phillips (Christine) of Glenville, Rick Phillips (Robin) of Westmoreland, TN, Tina Phillips of Smyrna, TN and Terry Phillips (Beth) of Hanover; his sisters, V. Claudene Spence (Phillips) and Shirley Miller (Phillips); and his pet Miss Kitty. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
