He was predeceased by: his parents, Reba Madeline Garver Taylor and Edgar Howard Taylor, Sr.; his sisters, Christine Stoner (Wayne) and Elaine Chisolm (Hugh Chisolm, Sr.); his sisters-in-law, Barbara Calp and Donna Mitten; his nieces and nephews, Kirstin Willin, Laura White, Danny Chisolm and Hugh Chisolm, Jr.; and his great-nephew Dylan Stoner.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Harris Taylor; his daughter Andrea Taylor-Phillips; his brothers, Gary Taylor (Betty), Eddie Taylor (Jenny) and Wayne Taylor (Helen); and his grandchildren, Corporal, Nathan Taylor (Hailey), Logan Phillips, Alexander Phillips and Emma Phillips. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services (254 E Main St, Westminster, MD 21157). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
