He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey Rozwadowski and Andrew Rozwadowski; his grandchildren, Andrew (Maria Julianna), Joseph (Lisa), Ashley Choban (Eric) and Alex (Tori); his great grandchildren, Benjamin Rozwadowski, Elijah Rozwadowski, Nikolai, Ruslan, Katya Choban, Brynlee and Oliver Rozwadowski; his siblings, Frank (Marcella) and Donna Kudasik (David); his daughter-in-law Brenda Leach; and his close friend Bonnie Baker.
