He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis X. Keffer and Margaret T. Keffer (Rang); and his brother Francis Keffer. He is survived by: his wife Linda E. Keffer (Ernst); his children, Timothy Keffer (Pam), Susan Keffer, Amy Smyser (Thaddeus) and Joseph Keffer (Holly); his grandchildren, Jillian, Cory, Katherine, Brian, Alexandra, Jakob, Thomas, Elijah, Konnor and Kennedy; and his brothers, Joseph Keffer and George Keffer. He is also survived by his 5 great grandsons, numerous nieces and nephews.
