He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer H., Sr. and Melva M. Miller (Zepp); his daughter Robin Lou Miller; and his siblings, Elmer H. Miller, Jr. and Margaret I. Noel.
He is survived by: his wife Lois A. Miller (Harmon); his children, Steven E. Miller (Polly) and Karen E. Saltzgiver (Daniel) of Bedford, PA; his grandchildren, Jessica Sheely, Derek Saltzgiver and Eric Miller; and his great grandchildren, Victoria Sheely, Gavin Sheely, ElliAnna Saltzgiver and Marleigh Saltzgiver. He is also survived by loving family members and friends.
