He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph W. Yingling and Helen Spielman Yingling; and his brothers, Jim, Tom and Jay Yingling.
He is survived by: his wife Marleen Slagle Yingling; his children, Bill Yingling, Jr. (Pam) of Hanover, Joseph Yingling of Hanover, Shantel Reinbold (Paul) of Hanover, Heidi Smith (Phil) of Spring Grove and Michael Yingling of Jonestown; his siblings, Wendell Yingling (Mary) of Erie and Sandra Amato of Murrells Inlet, SC; and his grandchildren, Eric, Erica, Brooke, Justin, Hannah, Megan and Cody. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Panebaker Funeral Home & Cremation Care Center, Inc. (311 Broadway, Hanover, PA 17331). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
