She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lowes and Ruth Lowes; and her sister Amy Weber. She is survived by: her boyfriend David Nowakowski; her children, Tina Holmes, Thomas Buterbaugh (Patty), Carrie Jo Bednaro (Larry), David Nowakowski Jr. and Kari Longley (Rob); her sisters, Karen Mosher (Paul), Beverly Cass (Eugene) and Judy Putnam (Scott); and her grandchildren, Ronald Thomas Demchak (Jordan), Thomas (Katie), Daniel (Sarah), Ashley Buterbaugh (Tyler), Troy (Kelsey), Zach Horvath (Sabrina), Danielle Griener (Ehron) and Derek Nowakowski (Kallasia). She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
