He is survived by: his wife Lois Wise Moore; his children, Kimberlea McDonnell (John), Jennifer Moore and Chip Moore (Katie); and his sisters, Carol Rae, Susan Moore and Virginia Monroe. He is also survived by four grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
