It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elizabeth Ball of Harborcreek, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 14, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Samec and Dorothy Henderson Samec; her husband Bernard Ball; her daughter Dorothy Greishaw; her granddaughter Jillian Greishaw; and her siblings, Cindy Beer, Emil Samec, Vincent "Tony" Samec, Joseph and Christopher Samec.
She is survived by: her sons, Jay Ball (Joan) of Vinton, VA and Joseph Ball (Charlene) of Wesleyville; her grandchildren, Jacob Greishaw of Seattle, WA., Keith Ball (Jaimie) of Hardy, VA., Samantha Valdettaro (John) of Telford, PA., Maria Ayers (Jesse) of Roanoke, VA., Cierra Lowery (Brian) of Union City and Sabryna Ball of Wesleyville; and her siblings, Arlene Schlindwein of Erie, Colleen Poeta (Dave) of Harborcreek, Catherine Sonney (James) of Harborcreek, Linda Carris (Tim) of Ripley, N. Y., Russell Samec (Marge) of Greenfield Twp and Richard Samec (Judy) of West Springfield. She is also survived by eight Great-Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Dusckas Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. (2607 Buffalo Rd, Erie, PA 16510). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
