With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harold Howard Hanes of Harborcreek, Pennsylvania, born in Erie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 29, 2022 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Elera Hanes and Gertrude Hanes (Gunther); his wife Carol Scheppner; and his son-in-law Dan Kensill. He is survived by : his children, Carol Kensill (Dan), David Hanes (Lori), Bob Hanes (Carol), Peggy Hardesty (Rick), Vonnie Lorah (Dave), Gary Hanes (Diane), Dan Hanes (Christine), Barbara Hanes, Jackie Matson (Ernie) and Christopher Hanes; and his sister Kay Sutton. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
