She is survived by: her close friend Bruce Komenda; her siblings, Mary Ann, Rose Ann and Eddy; her stepdaughter Tiffani Czech; her grandsons, Chaz and Tyler; and her great grandchild Dawson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
