Burkhart (Kelly); and his grandchildren, Cassandra Fox, Joseph Burkhart, Christopher Burkhart, Jason Haft, Preston Shaffer, Jr., Carrie Ann Burkhart, Lynette Mazzone, Kayla Weihrauch, Kali Burkhart and Alexis Burkhart. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
