He was predeceased by : his parents, Earl W. Caldwell and Marjorie K. Caldwell (Ekstrom); his niece Donna Lineman; and his siblings-in-law, Sherry Zetwick, Martin Ross and Harold "Budd" Musolff, Jr..
He is survived by : his wife Mildred L. "Millie" Caldwell (Weismiller); and his sisters, Margaret J. Toothman (Wayne), Susan N. Musolff and Mary Beth Ross. He is also survived by several brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
