He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Carney and Ann Carney; and his sons, Scott and Mark Carney. He is survived by: his wife Stella Carney; his son Thomas J. Carney (Maria); his siblings, Dan Carney, Joe Carney (Sue), Veronica Leech and Kathy Burch (Bob); his grandson Thomas P. Carney; and his great grandchildren, Reilly, Remy and Ivy.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Dusckas Funeral & Cremation Services (5151 Buffalo Rd, Erie, PA 16510). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mercy RC Church (837 Bartlett Rd, Harborcreek, PA 16421).
