He was predeceased by: his parents, Rush Simons and Jennie Simons (Wolfe); his wife Dorothy Simons; and his brother Richard William Simons. He is survived by: his children, Jenny Frantz (Dan) of Scranton, PA and William Simons (Jocelyn); his granddaughter Kailey Hiller (Dakota) of Jacksonville, NC; his great grandchild Wyatt Hiller; his brother Ralph; and his sister-in-law Ivie Simons of Harford, PA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 7th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Harford Fire Hall. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 7th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
