We announce the death of Annette G. Jacobs of Harleysville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 3, 2026, at the age of 82. Annette will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Annette will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those around her. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Annette’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilmer M. Cressman and Anne Cressman (Godshalk); her son Evan "Kent" Sheffer; and her siblings, James L, Valeria G. Freed, Alma M. Kriebel, Patricia Cressman, Lorraine C. Shisler and Loretta G. Shirmer.
She is survived by: her daughter Stacey Knechel (Darryl) of Harleysville; and her siblings, Wellington Cressman of Green Lane and Alice Strawser of Sellersville. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the Tabor United Methodist Church (2209 Hendricks Station Rd, Woxall, PA 18979). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
