He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence O'Brien and Helen O'Brien (Carmola); his wife Toni O'Brien (Altier); his brother Patrick; and his siblings-in-law, Lynda O'Brien and Chuck Simonetti.
He is survived by: his children, Daniel O'Brien (Emily) of Harleysville, PA, Timothy O'Brien (Emily Talbot) of Lancaster, PA, Stephen O'Brien (Rucha) of Wake Forest, NC and Stephanie O'Brien of Norwich, CT.; his grandchildren, Connor, Cleona, Desmond, Clementine, Darcy and Sayali; and his siblings, Terry O'Brien (Susan) of Dublin, OH and Deborah Simonetti of North Canton, OH. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
