He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Bazik and Mary Bazik (DiDominico); and his siblings, Mary Lou O'Connor and Joseph Bazik. He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Paul (Jon) of Harleysville, Alicia Cernek (Michael) of Philadelphia, Jacqueline Benner (Patrick) of Souderton and Nicholas Bazik (Eunbin) of Philadelphia; and his siblings, Michael J. Bazik, Joann Funkhouser, Kathleen O'Grady, Paul Bazik and Thomas Bazik. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
