She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Fischer and Pearl McKinnis Fischer; her former husband Carl Minehart; and her husband William "Pete" Lambert. She is survived by: her children, Sylvia Weaver, Debra Pflugh, David Minehart (April) and Kimberly Marburger (Larry); her stepchildren, Tresa Lambert and William F. Lambert, Jr.; and her sister-in-law Millie Fischer. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Boylan Funeral Homes, Inc. - Zelienople East (324 E Grandview Ave, Zelienople, PA 16063). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Camp Run United Presbyterian Church (489 Church Rd, Harmony, PA 16037).
Betty received a multitude of awards for her accomplishments, such as from the Businesses and Professional Women's Foundation.
